I offer coaching and support for individuals dealing with work-related stress, overwhelm, anxiety, trauma, panic symptoms, and burnout. Guidance in returning to work is a key component of the coaching process. I also provide coaching for career decision-making, improving work-life balance, leadership development, communication, and collaboration skills.
My clients include organizations, companies, and self-paying individuals. Please note that I do not offer treatments covered by health insurance. Sessions take place at my private practice and, occasionally, on-site for larger groups.

The coaching consists of individual sessions and, if needed, joint sessions with colleagues, supervisors, or partners. It can also include participation in workshops. The process is supported by my books on stress, stress types, emotional patterns, burnout, and well-being. Related exercises are partly available on my website.
Important matters may be discussed via email between sessions.
My approach incorporates evidence-based therapeutic methods that support brain functioning, such as EMDR, Flash technique, Woosh technique, and Heart Assisted Therapy (HAT). Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and design thinking are also integrated into the coaching when relevant.
The coaching is typically short-term, consisting of an intake session followed by approximately six sessions. For personal development and skills training, a longer trajectory may be appropriate.
